Summary

The Server/SaaS Administrator at A&R Solution plays a vital role in managing and supporting on-site and cloud systems with a focus on risk management. This role requires handling tier 3 technical escalations, troubleshooting client environments, and delivering exceptional service within appropriate timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical expert and provide timely response to customer requests
  • Handle tier 3 support escalations from IT Support Technicians
  • Create network shares, group policies, domain administration, and security permissions on MS Windows servers
  • Maintain and secure O365/Azure environments including Intune, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
  • Deploy, maintain, and test backups across the various A&R tools including server and cloud backup solutions
  • Document all service calls thoroughly in the ticketing program when completed
  • Ensure internal process documentation is updated regularly
  • Support other departments in customer projects (onboarding, upgrading, email migration, etc...)
  • Identify and articulate technical challenges and risks along with proposed solutions.
  • Monitor, diagnose, troubleshooting and resolve clients' technical environments and end-user IT support requests remotely using our ticketing systems plus other remote tools, and concluding the support request within an equitable amount of time while providing extraordinary service
  • mentor junior members of the team

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications, such as MS-102, MS-900, AZ-800
  • Familiarity RMM tools, back solutions, and EDR/MDR solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
