Chartwell Retirement Residences in Ontario is seeking a friendly Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents and guests. You’ll take and deliver orders, ensure smooth service, and help maintain a clean, organized dining room in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior server experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. A Food Handler Certification is preferred or willing to obtain; training is provided.

• Experience as a server in hospitality or dining.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attend to residents' preferences and personal tastes with care and attentiveness

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
