Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a friendly Server to deliver tableside food and beverage and create a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents and guests. You will ensure timely service, maintain a clean dining room, and adapt to residents’ preferences with care in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring server experience, a high school diploma, and a team-oriented mindset. Training is provided for required certifications, with opportunities for growth within Chartwell’s

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for creating positive dining experiences.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
