Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Banff, Canada is seeking a friendly server for our seasonal Summer 2026 program. You will provide courteous service to guests, answer questions about the surroundings and the menu, and help guests with wine pairings as needed.

This full-time seasonal position requires 1–2 years of serving experience, pro-serve, and the ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for long periods. Training will be provided; staff accommodation is not included.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to guests

• Keep work areas clean and orderly
• Maintain organized stockrooms and storage
• Handle cash and float security during operating hours
• Administer daily cash floats

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. Staff Accommodation will not be provided.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing courteous service to all guests
• Able to answer questions about the surroundings, menu and restaurant
• Basic wine knowledge and to be able to guide guests accordingly
• based on food pairing and sweetness levels
• Successfully complete all training programs
• Ability to manage a full section
• Keep all areas clean and orderly
• Ensuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all times
• Manage proper cash and float security during operating hours
• Administer your own cash floats on a daily basis

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this role is $15.50/hour.
