The Server is responsible for serving food courteously and performing duties around the dining area to enhance the customer experience, in line with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving residents, family, and visitors professionally and courteously
• Taking and entering food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system
• Setting up and breaking down tables
• Following proper serving etiquette and safety standards
• Promoting teamwork through cooperative interactions

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Must be at least 16 with a work permit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Effective communication skills
• Pass Criminal Background and Health Screening, including physical and TB tests
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination and PPE as required by regulations
