Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Food & Beverage team member for e11even to deliver winning service at our Toronto venues. You will set dining rooms, prep for service, and guide guests on menu and wine choices while maintaining a fast, guest-focused environment.

This role requires Smart Serve certification, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a high volume restaurant environment.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set dining room for service
• Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware, stock side stations
• Provide friendly and informed response to questions regarding menu and wine selections
• Deliver timely Food and Beverage service according to specific restaurant standards as advised by the Service Manager
• Make recommendations and promote items on the menu
• Order items with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Run food & pre-bus/bus tables as needed
• Replenish & stock work area
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures

Job Description

As a valuable member of e11even, you will be responsible for the delivery of winning food & beverage service to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set dining room for service
• Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware, stock side stations, etc.
• Provide friendly and informed response to questions regarding menu and wine selections.
• Deliver timely Food and Beverage service according to specific restaurant standards as advised by the Service Manager
• Make recommendations and promote items on the menu
• Order items with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Run food & pre-bus/bus tables as needed
• Replenish & stock work area
• Quick and detailed completion of assigned side duties, opening & closing duties
• Adhere to Allergy Policies & AGCO Policies
• Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years experience in a high volume restaurant environment.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:

$17.70 / hour
