Position: Dining Room Care Manager

At Sunrise, our Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas, in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model in providing dining service to residents
• Assist with training team members
• Maintain proper dining room setup
• Assist in special events
• Monitor checklists supporting dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards
• Assist in table top inventories maintenance
• Handle all food and beverages following sanitary procedures and standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred / GED accepted
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Serving it Right certification
