Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Server or Cashier in a high-volume casual setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of POS systems and point-of-sale operations.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences through friendly, efficient service.
• Develop strong knowledge of food and drinks on the menu.
• Maintain food quality and a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with running food and beverages and liaising with guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing great customer experiences through superior service
• Creating strong knowledge of food and drinks
• Ensuring quality control of food
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Regular cleaning, running food/drink, checking in with guests
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Valid Serving it Right
• 6+ months experience as a Server or Cashier in a high volume casual environment
• Experience as a Supervisor/Keyholder considered an asset
• Experience in delivering a strong customer service experience
• Possess excellent organizational skills and works well under pressure
• Knowledge of POS
• Personable, friendly and outgoing
• Possess high energy and strong work ethic
• Possess an eager willingness to learn
• Weekend and evening availability is a must
