Now Hiring – Server/Bartender (Part-Time) Location: Storehouse Bar & Grill – Inside The Frobisher Inn, Iqaluit, NU

The Storehouse Bar & Grill is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. Located in the heart of The Frobisher Inn, we serve guests from around the region—and around the world—with warmth, efficiency, and community pride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full dining experience: seating, taking orders, serving, clearing, and processing payments
  • Uphold and apply Nunavut liquor laws and serving standards to ensure responsible and compliant alcohol service
  • Depending on experience, take on bartending shifts, mixing and serving beverages in accordance with licensing policies and house standards
  • Maintain a clean, inviting dining and bar area while working collaboratively with team members
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of food and beverage service experience
  • Bartending experience is an asset; training may be provided
  • Working knowledge—or willingness to learn—Nunavut’s liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
  • Opportunity to build experience in both front-of-house and bar service roles
