Server Assistant - Full Time

You are an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine, creating a memorable food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge make guests feel valued. What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Help guests with menu items in an informative way
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Be available to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous service experience (asset)
• Point of Sale system experience (asset)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
