Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, Canada seeks a detail‑oriented restaurant team member skilled in serving, bussing, and bartending support. You will follow service standards, interact with guests, and assist with stocking and bar area cleanliness.

A focus on sanitation and guest satisfaction is essential. Must have at least six months restaurant experience; strong communication and teamwork are required to thrive in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• Six months restaurant experience (bussing, serving, and/or bartending).
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service focus.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and work well with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Have complete understanding of menu items and service standards.
• Follow sequence of service standards and perform side work as assigned.
• Interact with guests, address needs, and communicate with the bar staff.
• Assist bartender with stocking and cleaning areas as required.
• Maintain inventory of equipment monthly to ensure adequate service.

Summary

This position requires an individual to be detail orientated, familiar with current sanitation procedures, excellent communication skills, anticipating guest's needs and working closely with co-workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Have complete understanding of menu item.
• Follow sequence of service standards.
• Perform all side work duties as assigned.
• Able to converse with guests and address needs as required.
• Work with bartender on stocking and cleaning areas of bar as required.
• Maintain and inventory equipment on monthly basis to insure adequate counts for service.

Experience And/or Education

AGE REQUIREMENT

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
