THE DAY to DAY:

• You’re our extra set of eyes, ears and hands. You see the gaps that need to be filled, run food like a pro, calmly grab the bottle of wine and set up for a server, and whisk away empty dishes with a smile.
• You calmly and professionally communicate with the whole team
• You have an eye for detail and organization and refill, restock, and organize all areas of the restaurant throughout service.
• You’re interested and eager to learn how to make the guest experience exceptional and look forward to adding new skills along the way.
• You’re able to move around the restaurant with focused urgency
• You’re able to skillfully carry heavy loads and treat delicate glassware with finesse
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:

• Restaurant experience in a similar environment
• Smart Serve Certification a requirement
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take direction and prioritize
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
