About the role:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Braidwood Server Assistant.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance .

Hourly Wage: $19.50 - $21.50

What you will do:

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner .

• Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting .

• Serve and clear all food & beverage items .

• Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned .

• Set all tables according to standards .

• Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests .

• Answer guest questions about the menu .

• Break down displays or side stations .

• Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness .

• Ensure a seamless guest experience .

What you bring:

• Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel

• Solid knowledge of food and beverage products

• Strong command of the English language

• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

• Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate

• Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:
