Zusammenfassung

Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is seeking a friendly, guest‑focused server/food runner to join Braven's team in Edmonton. You will assist with food running, ensure plates arrive correctly, help maintain section cleanliness, and collaborate with servers and hosts to optimize seating while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in a fast-paced restaurant, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for event nights including Oilers home games

Qualifikationen

Valid Smart Serve Certification, required.
6 months-1 year previous experience in a fast paced restaurant environment.
High attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to take direction and prioritize.
Strong oral communication skills.
High level of product knowledge.
Ability to maintain professional urgency and momentum.
Event Night Availability - able to work Oilers Home Games & Concerts at Rogers Place.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Aufgaben

Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and restaurant services when necessary.
Assist with food running, ensuring plates arrive to the correct guest.
Monitor section cleanliness and ensure all materials are clean and uncluttered.
Communicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating.
Maintain high floor awareness and clean as required.
Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and stock is maintained.
Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
Follow all food safety standards and systems.
Empty garbage, change linen bags and manage recycling.
Communicate guest comments to servers to ensure a positive experience.
Other duties as assigned.

Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services when necessary
Assist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest (no auctioning)
Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
Communicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating
Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter etc.
Monitor food quality and presentation standards
Follow all food safety standards and systems
Empty garbage, change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recycling
Communicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications
