Job Description

As a Server Assistant, you will assist guests and team members with menu items and support Servers in all aspects of the dining experience, including but not limited to running food, maintaining tables, and beverage service. You will clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring they are presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen. Adherence to safety guidelines and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or food and beverage setting.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
