Manage and optimize our Microsoft Exchange and Azure cloud environments.
Support secure and efficient IT infrastructure for clinical and administrative operations.
Ensure systems comply with HIPAA and other healthcare IT security standards.
Collaborate with a supportive IT team to build scalable and inclusive tech solutions.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on server administration experience (preferably healthcare-related).
Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Security+
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) or additional cloud platforms (e.g., SnowFlake)
