Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Microsoft Exchange and Azure cloud environments.

• Support secure and efficient IT infrastructure for clinical and administrative operations.

• Ensure systems comply with HIPAA and other healthcare IT security standards.

• Collaborate with a supportive IT team to build scalable and inclusive tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on server administration experience (preferably healthcare-related).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data security best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Security+

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) or additional cloud platforms (e.g., SnowFlake)
