Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences in Brockville, Ontario is seeking a friendly Server to take and deliver tableside orders, provide prompt service to residents and guests, and keep the dining room inviting and orderly. You will help create memorable dining experiences in a warm, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting. A Food Handler certification is preferred or willingness to obtain; training is provided.

What You’ll Bring

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
