Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a Server to create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders while maintaining a high standard of service.

This role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining room. Training is provided for certifications and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Sever experience.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for creating positive dining experiences.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
