Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a friendly Server to provide warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents and guests. You will take orders, deliver meals with attention to detail, and maintain a clean, efficient dining space while adapting to residents' preferences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable service, and a passion for hospitality in a supportive community setting. Training is provided for certification and safety requirements.

Formación

• Server experience
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Job Description

As a Server at Chartwell, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests enjoy high-quality food and service. Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
