Job summary

Chartwell Oxford Gardens Retirement Residence is seeking a Server to create warm, memorable dining experiences for residents and guests. You will take tableside orders, deliver meals, and ensure smooth service in a welcoming environment.

Bring a secondary school diploma, a Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain), and a team-oriented mindset with strong communication. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting and help maintain a clean, safe dining room.

As a Serverat Chartwell, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests enjoy high-quality food and service. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and dedication to customer service will help ensure every mealtime is a highlight of the day.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items
• Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
