Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service Excellence:
   Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and memorable first impression.
2. Guide guests to their tables and present menus, offering insightful and personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring all requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
4. Serve food and beverages with grace and precision, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
5. Anticipate guest needs proactively, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
6. Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and discreetly, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
7. Build and maintain lasting relationships with regular guests.
8. Wine & Beverage Service:
   Possess in-depth knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and cocktails.
9. Recommend appropriate wine pairings based on guest preferences and menu selections.
10. Perform professional wine service, including decanting, aerating, and serving.
11. Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all relevant regulations.
12. Restaurant Operations:
    Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff, sommeliers, and other service staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
14. Assist with table setting and resetting, ensuring tables are impeccably presented for each guest.
15. Utilize the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
16. Assist with other duties as assigned, such as assisting with special events and banquet service.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Server in a fine dining restaurant setting is essential.
