Job summary

GameTime is seeking energetic servers or bartenders to enhance guest satisfaction in a fun environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent service, upselling menu items, and adhering to health and safety policies. Flexible shifts are available, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience serving or bartending preferred.
• Must have Smartserve certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an excellent guest experience ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived.
• Demonstrate knowledge of our menu, take orders efficiently, describe daily specials, and upsell.
• Follow Smartserve guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
• Must be team-oriented and communicate well with other staff as well as the management team.
• Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program.

Experience & Key Attributes

• Minimum of one year of experience serving or bartending (preferred).
• Must have Smartserve.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
