Job summary

Boston Pizza in Pembroke, Ontario is seeking a Server to deliver a warm, friendly dining experience. You will take orders, ensure accuracy, and support guests from appetizers to desserts while upholding Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service or similar guest-facing role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in order taking and payments.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and promote ongoing promotions.
• Maintain a clean station and assist teammates as needed.

Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
