Job summary

Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary) is seeking a server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a Westlock, AB location. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

You will handle payments, follow alcohol service guidelines, and participate in a team-driven, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and involvement in community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus; explain daily specials.
• Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages, check in with guests for satisfaction.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Follow alcohol service policies and ensure guest safety.

Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
