Job description

We are looking for energetic Servers to enhance our service team. Our Servers build genuine and authentic connections that last a lifetime. Servers at Earls understand the true meaning of hospitality and deliver exceptional service with each interaction.

As a Server, you will:

1. Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Using your multi-tasking skills, anticipate and deliver on the needs of guests to ensure a memorable experience.
2. Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through engaging and meaningful conversations.
3. Be a problem solver and a team player. Use your communication skills to address issues and make empowered decisions for yourself and your team.
4. Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Show your love for food and drinks through menu and product knowledge.
5. Adapt to any situation with ease. Use your organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience to handle various scenarios effectively.

What we need from you:

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
