SEO & Google Ads Specialist - Work From Home (Day Shift)
Are you a results-driven digital marketing expert with a passion for Google Ads, SEO, and performance tracking?
We're looking for an SEO and Google Ads Specialist to join our team at Anomaly. You'll be working closely with our Marketing Specialists to manage high-impact ad campaigns, optimize eCommerce tracking, and coordinate marketing efforts across multiple client accounts. What you'll be doing:
Working with our Marketing Specialists to understand client goals and create campaigns that actually work. You'll be setting up Google Ads campaigns, making sure everything is running smoothly, and constantly optimizing for better performance.
On the SEO side, you'll handle everything from keyword research to technical audits. You'll also be managing eCommerce tracking, setting up Google Analytics 4, and working with Google Shopping campaigns.
Daily coordination with our Marketing Admin and Head of Marketing is part of the role - we believe in clear communication and making sure everyone's on the same page. You'll be managing multiple client accounts, so staying organized and understanding each client's unique business is key.
Reporting is a big part of what we do. You'll be creating dashboards and reports that clients can actually understand and use to make decisions.
What we're looking for:
Someone with solid Google Ads experience who can prove they've managed successful campaigns. SEO knowledge is essential - both the technical side and content optimization.
You should be comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and AHREFS. Agency experience is definitely a plus because you'll understand the pace and client management side of things.
Google Ads and SEO certifications are great to have. Most importantly, you need to be someone who can work independently but also collaborate well with the team.
What we offer:
This is a full-time remote position with day shift hours (6 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday). We're offering a competitive salary plus free healthcare coverage. There's also a 10,000 peso signing bonus for the right candidate.
