Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a Junior SEO/GEO Specialist to join the Demand Generation team. You will turn our SEO strategy into shipped work to improve visibility as buyers search across search engines and AI tools.

In this role you will refresh content, manage gaps, review backlinks, and support technical SEO and keyword research. You'll collaborate with web, design, content, and product teams and grow into independent execution within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SEO experience in a role or internship.
• Hands-on keyword research and rank tracking using Semrush, Ahrefs or similar.
• Understanding of how search is evolving with LLMs and citation sources.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Turn SEO and GEO strategy into shipped work to improve visibility.
• Run content refreshes and gap pieces from brief to publish.
• Review backlink and offsite citations for high-quality links.
• Support technical SEO and keyword research; flag issues early.
• Collaborate with web, design, content, and product teams and vendors.
• Design experiments with Senior SEO/GEO Specialist and document results.
