About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BigCommerce Consultant to join our remote team. This freelance position begins at approximately 10 hours per week with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in developing our SEO services, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine SEO service offerings aligned with client needs and current market trends
• Design templates and automation processes to optimize service delivery
• Sell SEO services to existing clients and prospects, demonstrating clear value
• Lead a team of SEO executants, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Train the team on SEMRush and related tools for consistent quality output
• Monitor profitability and resource allocation for SEO services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO agency or as a freelance SEO consultant
• Strong sales capabilities with a proven ability to pitch SEO services
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proficient in SEMRush and other leading SEO tools
