Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, prioritise content, and articulate the ranking story to clients.

You will lead technical SEO work, manage on-page optimization with writers and AI, and report results using GA4 and Search Console across multiple locations, including remote collaboration with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency in Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Will Own
