We are seeking a full-time bilingual (French / English) Senior Workplace Strategist, Integration, to join our team!

Summary

The Senior Workplace Strategist, Integration, consults with clients and organizations to ensure coordination of communications, connections, direction, and outcomes. This role acts as the key connector to identify opportunities and ensure all project participants have the necessary information and frameworks. The strategist develops and delivers solutions related to workplace fit-up and transformation, including early engagement, interior design, furniture procurement, relocation, decommissioning, and change management. Experience in workplace transformation and real estate modernization is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting their development and performance management.
  • Manage project mandates, acting as the primary contact and leading complex initiatives.
  • Coordinate workstreams, develop project schedules and budgets, and lead project meetings.
  • Ensure robust project information intake, tracking decisions and their impacts.
  • Identify connections and opportunities to support project communication networks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, project groups, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications, distribute reports, and set project pace and trajectory.
  • Confirm design intent and advocate for occupant satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Resolve conflicts and build strong relationships with partners and vendors.
Reporting & Communication
  • Provide regular project updates to clients as per the delivery plan.
  • Support internal and account reporting requirements.
Client Relationships
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, supporting key accounts and business development opportunities.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5-7 years' experience in workplace services, project delivery, or related fields.
  • Education/certification in Interior Design, Change Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
