Job description

Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Specialist with deep expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence modules, preferably within unionized public sector environments.

Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Specialist
Toronto, ON (hybrid - 2 days on-site/week)
Contract Duration: 104 Weeks

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WorkForce Software Configuration Consultant for Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations
Minimum of 2 large-scale Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations using WorkForce Software in an environment equivalent in size and scope to the client with 3000+ collective bargaining agreement time rules
WFS certification in Configuration for Time and Attendance Management, Absent Management, Leave Request, and Scheduling associated Workbooks
Extensive experience in reviewing and assessing client business requirements and mapping them to the Solution, within a collective bargaining agreement time rules environment
Strong technical and analytical aptitude and experience to facilitate business requirements sessions/workshops
Experience designing, configuring, and testing collective bargaining agreement time business rules in WorkForce Solution
Expertise in creating test scripts and executing unit test scripts
Expertise supporting WorkForce Solution testing and taking ownership of defect resolution
Experience in supporting integration design between cloud and on-premises applications
Provide expertise in WFS CJS Job Scheduling Configuration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex processes
