Qualifications

Job description

Position Description:

This is an exciting time for CGI, and we want you to be part of it. We are Canada's largest independent information technology services firm, and we are still growing! We are expanding in Atlantic Canada, and we need your skills, enthusiasm, and dedication as part of our team.

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Developer at the Senior level to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position can be located in NS, NB, PEI, or NFLD (office coming soon).

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy complex Workday integrations
  2. Lead architecture decisions and establish integration standards
  3. Mentor junior developers and review technical deliverables
  4. Drive strategic technical discussions with stakeholders
  5. Oversee integration troubleshooting and performance optimization
  6. Lead technical documentation and change management processes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We have 2 opportunities for Workday Integration Developers, one for the HCM module and another for the FIN module. Your resume should clearly identify which module(s) you have experience doing integration development work for.

  1. 8+ years' Workday HCM and/or FIN integration development experience
  2. Expert-level proficiency in: EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, Custom reports, Calculation Fields, BIRT
  3. Advanced XML, XSLT, web services, SOAP & REST API expertise
  4. Proven experience leading technical teams
  5. Deep understanding of HR or financial business processes
  6. Strong project and stakeholder management skills
