Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and present proposals to leadership
• Collaborate effectively with teams to support requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionalities
• Analyze Workday and ServiceNow processes and upcoming features impacting our ecosystem

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with Workday in an enterprise environment, covering the entire development lifecycle
• Proficiency in Python scripting or alternative languages
• Hands-on experience with internal integrations
• Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and interpersonal; ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and translate them into metrics and reports
• Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
