Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst specializing in Time Tracking & Absence modules to enhance our HR systems. The role involves optimizing Workday capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting integrations and data management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday configuration and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize Workday HCM modules, focusing on Time Tracking & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation through configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve business processes and implement Workday solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal use and leadership.
  • Support system integrations and data migrations, ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday analyst or administrator with expertise in relevant modules.
  • Workday training or equivalent experience in configuration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Workday certification is a plus.
