You will manage sample and fieldwork, ensure timelines and budgets, and maintain high service levels across diverse projects.

You will leverage strong project-management and communication skills to guide complex studies from start to finish, drive quality, and foster collaborative relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the market research industry at the operational level
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet client needs, expectations, and requirements while maintaining a positive client relationship.
• Provide proactive advice, anticipate potential problems, and offer constructive feedback during and after project completion.
• Manage daily web project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth project execution, including sample and fieldwork coordination.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and suggest appropriate web criteria and sampling strategies.
• Ensure quality control of web questionnaires, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Monitor project costs, validate parameters, and address any budget discrepancies.
• Foster strong working relationships and knowledge sharing across departments, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
