Job summary

Leger is seeking a Project Manager to support the Leger Opinion team in Toronto. You will oversee the lifecycle of web mandates from initiation to delivery, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and maintain proactive client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will manage sample-only data collection projects, develop sampling plans, ensure quality, and monitor costs while collaborating across teams to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the market research industry at the operational level.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Communications skills: excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Client management: build trust with clients by understanding needs, providing proactive solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Project execution: manage sample-only data collection projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Sampling and coordination: develop accurate sampling plans, coordinate fieldwork, and ensure sample representativeness.
• Quality assurance: test web questionnaires for functionality, logic, and ethical standards, while proactively identifying and solving issues.
• Administrative oversight: monitor project costs, validate budgetary parameters, and manage billing for completed mandates.
• Team collaboration: foster a dynamic work environment by promoting open communication, sharing knowledge, and maintaining strong team relationships.
