Job Requirements – Web Developer (React.js & Redux)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.
• Solid experience with Redux for state management in large-scale applications.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in or with clients from the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
