Job summary

Electric Mind Inc. is seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant with deep knowledge of the Canadian wealth management landscape to shape and deliver change across wealth businesses from strategy through implementation.

The role requires moving between executive discussions on strategy and vendor landscapes and operations teams handling trade settlements, transfers, and statements. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, roadmaps, and data mappings while supporting data

Qualifications

6+ years in wealth management or related consulting.
Hands-on experience across wealth operations (bank-owned, mutual fund, brokerage, etc.).
Understanding of how manufacturers, dealers, advisors and custodians interact.

Responsibilities

Support strategy engagements: current-state assessments, target-state design, business cases and roadmaps.
Deliver transformation programs: platform replacements, back-office conversions and operating model changes.
Map current and future processes across the wealth value chain (opening, trading, settlement, transfers, fees, reporting).
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and data mappings for delivery teams.
