ATB Wealth is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to lead holistic financial planning and investment design for a diversified client base. You will act as the bridge between clients’ dreams and expert internal resources, delivering integrated advice that feels personal.

You will build and manage a growing book of business, proactively engage clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes. An entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy is valued.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to develop your book of business through leveraging community networks.
• Effective relationship building, communication and discovery skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed required sales goals.
• An established COI network.

Responsabilidades

• Holistic Financial Planning & Investment Design: Deliver comprehensive, tailored financial strategies and complex investment solutions, including mutual funds and securities, that support long-term wealth goals and adapt to evolving client complexity.
• Proactive Client Relationship Management: Anticipate client needs by providing timely, value-added guidance that connects personal aspirations to financial strategy and ensures a supportive client journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize strong business judgment to coordinate with internal teams, driving client-focused results and ensuring seamless operational execution.
• Client Engagement & Trust Building: Proactively engage clients to challenge and refine their financial decisions, fostering deep, long-term trust and ensuring their best interests remain at the heart of every interaction.
• Operational & Advisory Workflow: Efficiently manage the end-to-end financial planning process, ensuring accurate service delivery while prioritizing meaningful client interactions.
