Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of financial services experience with proven success managing client relationships.
  • CIRO licensing completed.
  • LLQP obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract new business and build lasting client and COI relationships is an asset.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills for high net worth clients.

  • Deliver comprehensive and advanced financial planning solutions using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Lead business development efforts and execute targeted marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new high net worth business opportunities.
  • Build client relationships through external prospecting, referrals, and COI introductions.
  • Conduct planning-focused meetings with prospective and existing clients to present strategies, uncover opportunities, and deepen engagement.
  • Manage daily client interactions, respond to inquiries, execute trade instructions, and provide guidance on products, services, and planning strategies.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within an established advisory practice that has served clients in Peterborough and the Kawarthas for over 30 years. What You Will Do (Day-in-the-Life)
