ATB Financial is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor in the Edmonton area. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth planning and investment solutions, building and maintaining a robust client book, and working with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
The role requires a strong track record in wealth management sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to register as an RR with CIRO. A hybrid work arrangement with access to local offices is available.
At ATB, we exist to make it possible for our clients, team members and communities. Our purpose is more than aspirational. It's a real commitment we live every day through our values (what we call the ATB ID).
Life at ATB is about more than work. In fact, we’re consistently recognized as one of Canada’s top employers thanks to our high-care, high-performance culture, upheld by the three commitments we make to our team members:
As ATB Wealth’s next Senior Wealth Advisor you are intrigued by the thought of running an enterprise under the guidance of ATB Wealth, do you have an entrepreneurial mind set and like the idea of having a lot of autonomy while working for an award winning company? Intrigued? Interests piqued? Then keep reading.
Are you someone that is able to listen to what is being said – and what isn’t? You believe in taking the time to understand your clients’ needs and goals to help make their time richer, their aspirations closer and their happiness deeper. You appreciate the value internal experts can provide your clients, and are skilled at working together to develop an integrated advice offering. If this sounds like you, then ATB Wealth is THE place to work.
Location? We are looking for our new team member to be located anywhere within Edmonton or surrounding area (Spruce Grove, Leduc, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Whitecroft, etc) as they will be working in a flexible hybrid arrangement with access to offices across the service area.
We’re dedicated to building a workforce reflective of those within our communities, and a culture where our team members are equipped with what they need to succeed—their way. Part of creating an inclusive workplace is recognizing our role in advancing Truth and Reconciliation. We are committed to meeting and exceeding the standards set out in the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations program created by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business.
If you are shortlisted, you’ll hear from us after the posting closes. If you need any accommodations throughout this process, please let us know at talentteam@atb.com
