Job summary

Responsibilities include using Oracle ERP for receiving and stocking, maintaining safety standards, coordinating material delivery, and supporting the Branch Stock Plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and cost savings in Warehouse Operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a skilled, motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Warehouse Team Members, solving problems and driving efficiency.
• Lead training events and standardize procedures across locations.
• Train and certify new hires on Warehouse Operations Policy and Procedure.
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure safety culture.
• Perform material movements in Oracle ERP (receiving, stocking, issuing).
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Coordinate material delivery with Installation and Service teams.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and stock shelves.
• Support Branch Stock Plan with Branch Management.
