Job summary

Tramontina Canada seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager for its new Oakville Distribution Center. You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, and SAP-driven operations, managing a team of five while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; forklift operation certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Advanced SAP warehouse modules experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and take full accountability for all incoming and outgoing freight activities, ensuring SOP adherence.
Leverage SAP as the primary system to record, track, and manage inventory transactions, inbound receiving logs, outbound shipments, and stock movements.
Supervise day-to-day warehouse workflows including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping, aligning metrics with company goals.
Provide supervisory direction, coaching, and training to a team of five warehouse employees to maintain safety and throughput.
Partner with sales, procurement, and supply chain to ensure cross-departmental alignment and clear customer delivery expectations.
Collaborate with freight logistics partners to streamline inbound/outbound schedules and accurate SAP processing.
