You will oversee all aspects of corporate development, transaction execution, capital markets strategy, investment governance, and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Board Advisory: Serve as key advisor to the CEO and Board on growth roadmaps, capital allocation, consolidation trends, and strategic financing alternatives.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, or project finance.

Hands-on leadership in post-acquisition integration, platform optimization, and organizational scaling.

Expertise in solar-plus-storage optimization and emerging merchant/ancillary market revenue models for BESS.
