Job summary

Altus Group is seeking a Delivery/Valuation professional to coordinate the delivery process within the Delivery pod, including Analysts and GSC, ensuring timely administrative tasks and strong client engagement. You will review market data and USPAP-based valuation assumptions, and oversee appraisal reviews across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Direct the coordination and drive the delivery process schedule within the Delivery pod and ensure accurate administrative tasks drive client engagement delivery.
• Review market data and analyses to apply USPAP guidance for valuation assumptions.
• Review third-party appraisal reports for compliance with USPAP and state regulations.
• Own data collection and market analysis for subject property valuations; assess market rent and rent growth.
• Coordinate with GSC and analysts to ensure process efficiency and cross-team communication.
