About the Position:
As the Senior Valuation Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing the value of Equiton’s real estate assets. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for preparing detailed appraisals and valuation reports, while leveraging market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
