  • Define user-centered product visions, aligning business objectives, technological constraints and user expectations
  • Design experiences and interfaces (wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups) ensuring consistency, quality and feasibility, and supporting development teams
  • Design and facilitate workshops according to the needs of projects and the organization (e.g. co-creation, vision workshops, etc.)
  • Support project teams in developing an understanding of design that allows them to design solutions together aligned with the needs of users and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, promoting clear, structured and influential communication, both internally and with clients
  • Contribute to the definition of product priorities, highlighting user value to guide decisions and development
  • Integrate into Agile practices, actively participating in different meetings (grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective)
