This design role will define future experiences impacting employee engagement and career growth. The individual should have a passion for understanding user needs, business, and solving through design. The UX designer will work directly with senior leaders, engineering, operations, research science, and product management to identify strategic opportunities to enhance our experiences.
You will draw from customer insights, business requirements, and research data to ideate innovative solutions. Strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential to communicate design strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and team collaboration.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across US markets, ranging from $127,100/year to $211,600/year, based on location, skills, and experience.
