This design role will define future experiences impacting employee engagement and career growth. The individual should have a passion for understanding user needs, business, and solving through design. The UX designer will work directly with senior leaders, engineering, operations, research science, and product management to identify strategic opportunities to enhance our experiences.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Partner with engineering and product management teams to execute and deliver successful products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
  2. Lead UX efforts across teams, setting design direction, driving discussions, and participating in delivery, planning, and coordination.
  3. Determine the best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, and help set overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed.
  4. Utilize storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design strategies, outcomes, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  5. Create high-quality deliverables aligned with UX goals and priorities, and seek opportunities to improve team efficiency and processes.
  6. Leverage and extend established UX techniques, templates, and assets; propose new solutions or optimize existing ones; promote UX artifact reuse and consistency.
  7. Foster collaborative cross-discipline dynamics and set an example for best practices.
  8. Mentor junior UX resources in best practices, processes, and methodologies.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential to communicate design strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
