Job Description:Deliverables:- Optionally conduct a Google Ventures five-day Design Sprint.
- Produce clickable prototypes and validate them through usability testing.
- Iterate on prototypes based on research findings.
- Identify necessary changes to existing processes or policies.
- Create a business proposal for Beta funding.
- Define a clear vision and prioritized list of features for the Beta phase.
- The goal is to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for deployment in a live environment, executed within Scrum methodology.
- User story creation and validation.
- Conduct sketching workshops and design enhancements.
- Perform user interviews for validation.
- Conduct accessibility compliance testing and usability testing sessions.
- Live begins when the service matures and all key features are built, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Continue user research activities and usability testing.
- Analyze usage analytics and user behavior patterns.
Skills and Experience Requirements:User Experience Design (40%):- Extensive experience in UX design best practices, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to efficiently iterate designs.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in complex projects.
- Degree in graphic design or related fields; certification in usability or human-computer interaction is a plus.
- Experience in facilitating user research and usability testing.
Relationship Management (20%):- Strong communication and mediation skills.
- Experience in managing change and ensuring project progress.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile (SCRUM) teams.
