Overview

What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Underwriter

Our Senior Underwriters customize solutions for our commercial clients when they need insurance products to cover specialty risks. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. They also pay attention to the smallest of details, ensuring that all pieces of business are written in the best way possible.

While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.
